We're looking for someone who owns the operational machine that makes Vella predictable. This application takes 15–20 minutes. The written responses matter more than your resume — we want to see how you think about operations.

SCENARIO: You just started as Head of Operations at Vella. You're running cleaning operations across Dallas and Austin with a team of Operations Managers. In your first 3 days, you need to assess the current state and identify the highest-leverage improvements. Walk us through your exact approach: What data do you look at first?
